- Have you reviewed our rental criteria? Take a moment and do that by clicking the tab above. The application fee is $30 per adult, knowing what we are looking for prior to applying may give you a chance to ask questions before we process your card.
- Have you seen the property? Our company policy requires that all applicants must have viewed the property personally or through a family, friend, etc. To schedule a showing, click the Contact us tab above. Make sure to include the property you wish to see.
- We need an application for all adults. If you have seen the property and applied. We will process the applications when all adults have submitted their applications.
- If you have reviewed the criteria and seen the property. Use the "Apply Now" tab above. Good luck!!!
Current WOWza Tenants
Use the Resident sign-in to access your online features that, include:
- Making payments. You can even set it up to make scheduled payments for your rent directly out of your checking account.
- Making repair request. You can do it yourself after you log in or call the Maintenance call center. 1-855-758-0536 24/7 365 standing by to assist you.
- Accessing copies of the lease, move-in inspections, etc.
Current WOWza Homeowners
Use the Management sign-in to access your online features that, include:
- Checking financials.
- Make owner contribution payments to your account for repairs.
- Accessing copies of owner ledger, management agreements, invoices, tenant leases, move-in inspections, etc.
